You are a non resident and would like to invest in german property? There is a very flexible and competitive solution which I can offer you to obtain a german mortgage:
In general terms, on individual apartments I can offer a loan of up to 54 per cent of the value of your property, the minimum loan is 25,000 euros.
When purchasing a block of apartments I can offer a higher loan up to 80% of the properties value, each proposal is assessed on a case by case basis. The appraisment of the property value is cost-free for you.
The interest rates are fixed with a flexible repayment rate between 1% and 10% which can be changed within this range every year. The choice is yours.
For mortgages smaller than € 80.000,-- or with an interest fixation shorter than 10 years a 1% opening fee will be charged.
Finance is Subject to Status and so I will need a signed application form, a proof of income, for example tax declaration or pay slips and a proof of your deposit.
